A recipient of the Customer Service Team of the Year award, the Onboarding Team seamlessly onboarded a record $8.5 billion in new assets to the platform in 2022 and $3 billion in new assets in Q1 2023. Kestra Financial revamped the onboarding process to provide a superior experience for financial professionals during this crucial phase of their business transition. The rollout of enhanced onboarding tools and processes reduced the arduous and time-consuming aspects of moving accounts, resulting in a significantly reduced onboarding time.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 13. Tickets are now on sale.
